We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with experience working on Salesforce Migration/Implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

Process maps and use cases
Business requirements / user stories
Functional and non-functional requirements
Requirements traceability matrix,strategic documents
As is to Be.

Mandatory requirements:

Process Modelling
Demonstrated expertise in modelling and re-engineering business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts.
Exposure to BaBOK
