Commercially savvy, friendly, energised and collaborative. Yep, that is who we want! We are looking for a true leader to develop and execute the mobile practice strategy and business plan. Initially on a 12 months Fixed-Term contract, this opportunity has plenty of potential for growth.
What you get to do:
Is leading commercial and cultural outcomes in your DNA? You’ll be excited by owning it and really taking accountability across all core areas including; Revenue, gross margins, creating and influencing high performance environments, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Manage key metrics for the NSW mobile practice including pipeline, forecast and utilisation
- Leading a large team of professionals and leaders, providing mentoring for personal growth and development
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous-learning, high performance and engagement
- Letting your commercial acumen shine providing technical and commercial leadership to the sales teams to drive client and new opportunities
- Negotiating contracts and commercial outcomes
About you:
- Demonstrated ability leading teams through growth and change
- Exceptional collaboration skills across geographies, functions and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to build new capability
- Extraordinary Commercial Acumen
- Highly influential communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning and execution
- Demonstrated capability of solution selling to large enterprises
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
- Experience in bespoke software design and development (especially mobile) will be highly regarded
