We are on the hunt for experienced ICT Infrastructure Project Managers to urgently join Araza and work on complex infrastructure projects.

You will

• Manage concurrent, complex projects, participate in scope definition, technical solution design, budget estimation and resource planning.
• Understand high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate discussion, contribution, generate ideas and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand high-level vision, goals, and requirements for preparation of project plan, budget, and schedule.
• Drive proactive approach to risk and issue identification, skilfully removing obstacles and roadblocks to on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Manage onsite and remote teams of architects, engineers, developers, business analysts, vendors, and implementation partners throughout all project phases. 

Your skills and experience that we will appreciate the most:

• Exposure to Banking and Finance and Telecommunication industries.
• Hands-on skills in risk/issue assessment & mitigation strategies, ICT/Telecom transition & transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure & network solutions, ITIL SM, change/incident/problem management.
• Proven ability to implement systems that align with clients’ business and technology goals.
• Significant experience in engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound working knowledge of Prince2 and Agile project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced communication and strong stakeholder relationship management skills including the ability to influence decisions both internally and externally.
• Ability to effectively and flexibly operate in a complex, demanding environment with a high degree of sensitivity and responsibility.
• Min 5+ years proven experience in similar roles.
