Our Security practice is going through a massive amount of growth, as well as a discipline expansion. Our Identity and Access Management practice is one of, if not the best in Australia and the team is doing more and more in the broader Cloud Security and DevSecOps domain. We are recognised as local and global experts via the market leader Ping Identity.

As a Security Consultant with Versent, you will work in a range of capacities from Security Engineer one minute, to Security Designer and Architect the next. You'll be looked to as an SME by our clients and expected to act as a trusted adviser to all levels of business. The split is around 50:50, engineering:design.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and implementing security patterns, ideally for re-use & re-implementation
• Be familiar with AWS and DevOps processes
• Experience designing threat and control modelling
• Experience dealing with risk and compliance management, along with negotiation with internal teams
• Know how to design and implement Security Testing
• Have experience in consulting, whether that be internally or externally
• Be on top of cutting edge technology and how it impacts enterprise environments
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of business
