Essential Skills

SQL Server database performance tuning
Data modelling
Database Design
SSIS and SSRS
Database administration
Excellent written and verbal communication

Desirable Skills

Leadership skills
5+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Expertise in SQL performance tuning and index optimisation
Demonstrable experience with T-SQL, SSIS
Demonstrable experience with SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS
Proven experience with Clustering, Database Mirroring, Log shipping and Replication
Proven Ability in organisation, communication and writing skills
Experience mentoring or leading other team members
