Our client, an award winning organisation is looking to recruit an experienced IT Systems Support Analyst on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with system owners and business stakeholders to administer, support and improve core packaged systems.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance core packaged systems in accordance with system administration and governance requirements (Microsoft Dynamics, Sharepoint, Objective, FinanceOne, Property Management)
- Develop procedures, knowledge base articles and coach IT Help Desk
- Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration documents, procedures and manuals
- Log and monitor service requests with software vendors
- Provide pro-active input into the ongoing improvement and integration of the core packaged systems
- Provide professional second-level user support in the capacity of an Administrator
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a Systems/ Applications support role in particular with Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint, Document Management, Property Management, HR, Finance or similar systems
- Holds a tertiary qualification in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent
- Is experienced in working directly with business users and can build positive working relationships with multiple vendors
