ICT Project Manager

Duties:

• preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required
• managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
• monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
• applying change control and configuration management processes
• Prepare, review, update project plans to determine timeframe, funding, procedures and policies for accomplishing the project.
• Develop regular project status reports and report to the relevant Project Control Group(s) and Project Executive(s) on project progress and issues.
• Prepare relevant documentation and templates i.e. project management reports, ensuring project documentation is completed, socialised, approved and stored appropriately.
• Apply project management and specialist payroll expertise to provide technical specialist advice to stakeholders.
• Develop reports and manage/interpret information to understand trends and issues; provide weekly reporting on status.
• Establish, implement and manage systems to monitor and report on the project.

Requirements:

• Excellent in communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Strong track record in managing variety of infrastructure platform solutions in large complex environments including system integration.
• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
