FinXL is looking to engage a Business Analyst with hands on agile experience.
To be successful in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis preferably in the public sector
- Deep understanding of business process management and business requirements of the customers
- Ability to develop quality specifications for complex ICT systems
- Ability translate business requirements to technology solutions
- Employ strong technical and analytical skills to contribute to the implementation of business system solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong stakeholder management
- High-level negotiation and facilitation skills within a complex environment
- Well-developed communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experience in facilitating business process definition workshops with key stakeholders
- Experience in working in an agile environment
