Client

This innovative, award winning digital transformation organisation helps businesses streamline and optimise their employee engagement and customer communication. They are seeking a full-time Project Manager to head up a burgeoning post sales implementation team to delight new customers.

Accountabilities

• Produce and manage Statements of Work
• Fill any gaps in work cycles
• Build resources to ensure delivery capability and keep the team on track at the execution end of the sales cycle.
• Own, deliver on and enhance professional services projects, templates and processes.

Competencies

The client is ideally looking for someone with

• Experience in software implementation and project management to lead professional services projects.
• Proven program or project management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Passion for customer satisfaction and the communications confidence to run customer kick off calls
• Juggle resources according to different project demands.
• Strong enterprise software (ideally .Net based) knowledge
• Strong understanding of business transformation/change management
• Experience leading teams to deliver on time and on budget
