Kiandra IT is one of Australia’s leading IT service providers and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Team Lead to join our Level 3 Support Team in Melbourne. This role is a Senior Engineer who is responsible for high-level technical capability and operational management of the Level 3 Support team. Your core drivers are great client service, mentoring and sharing your knowledge with your team members and the wider Technology Service Department, to help foster a supportive and collaborative working environment. This role is 60% utilised, so still gives you the opportunity to keep your hands on the tools.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years commercial IT experience, ideally within Managed Services
  • Certifications in current technologies
  • Understanding of ITIL and Service Management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading & coaching team members
  • Skilled in the following technologies & solutions or similar:
    • O365
    • Azure
    • AD, Exchange & Windows Server
    • Storage, Backup & DR
    • VMware
    • Virtualisation (across a range of mediums)
    • IP Networking
    • Cisco Firewalls
