Software Application / Product Support Analyst 

This is a process driven role, not a technical role

You may currently work for a financial institution, financial planner, mortgage broker, where you provide support regarding products or data sets.
  
In order to successful in this role, you will need to have experience doing something similar, ideally in the finance/mortgage industry. You must have great communication skills as you will need to liaison with internal and external parties.
  
You will be responsible for

• Working closely with internal and external contact points to resolve and review help tickets
• Escalating of help tickets for additional resources as required
• Resolving tickets in a timely manner according to SLA's and triage any issues that cannot be solved. 

Things to keep in mind:

• Having perfect/excellent communications skills
• Strong analytical mind to resolve issues 
• Take ownership of high priority tickets (JIRA)
• Detailed investigation/escalation notes
• Diploma/Degree in an IT related area preferred
• Must have minimum 6 months experience supporting SAAS products
