About the Role


We are seeking for CRM Developer/ Specialist to join our team based in Melbourne CBD, for 3months contract project.

 


Skills & Experience

To successfully deliver this projectyou will need:

.      Perform quality assurance and develop applications in an agile environment performing tasks such as clarifying functional requirements, Siebel development and testing.

2.      Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, workflow and plugin development using C#

3.      Integration experience using Web API, Inbound/Outbound web services essential

4.      Ensure design, coding, documentation and testing of the code written by the development team is completed in accordance with best-practice software development BTIM guidelines and methodologies.

5.      Prior experience of working in Agile Scrum environment is beneficial

6.      Solve complex technical problems and provide technical direction to other developers.

7.      Lead the analysis and diagnosis of application systems problems including debugging of code.

8.      Proactively identify, document and manage issues and risks associated with work being undertaken.

9.      Prepare, develop, maintain and manage detailed work estimates and schedules.

10.   Extensive development experience on large application development projects and provide system maintenance for a large-scale government or commercial organisation.

11.   Communicating project status to stream managers in informal or formal manner as required.

12.   Demonstrates capacity for sustained effort and hard work; sets high standards of performance for self and others; enjoys a vigorous and dynamic work environment.

13.   Pro-actively identify, document and manage issues and risks associated with work being undertaken

14.   Cooperate with managers in consultative processes that improve effective working environment by using the relevant tools, systems, procedures, guidelines and policies

15.   Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.

16.   Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.

17.   Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department’s ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.
