The Role:

• Responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance and usability of desktop/laptop computers, printers, handheld/mobile devices, point of sale equipment and softwares.
• Document practices and solutions, known issues and common troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated file servers, email servers, application servers and administrative systems.
• Install hardware appliances and cable management for the hotels needs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
• Clear understanding of routers, switches and other network peripherals.
• Must be professional, self-motivated, resourceful, flexible and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Hotel POS knowledge
• Monitor health check for all servers firewall and antivirus on a daily basis.
• Experience in Hotel environment preferable
