Data and Analytics Manager needed to manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modelling and analysis. 

• Lead cross-business analytics initiatives using advanced data modelling
• Guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Build data models that support key business decisions
• Analyse business functions, key operations and performance metrics
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
• Report to major stakeholders

Experience needed:

• Data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data
• Analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development
• Designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions
• Statistical modelling: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression
• Writing advanced SAS code statements, models, and macros
• Using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts
