Summary:
You will be joining an established global financial company that has experienced huge growth over the last 5 years and is continuing to grow at an exciting rate. With cutting edge tools and equipment, you will have everything you need to be successful in this role.
You will be required to lead and mange all organization-wide data governance activities and will have responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets.
Capabilities:
- Establish and govern an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritized and planning
- Identify new business opportunities regarding the use of information assets to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the market / represent data as a strategic business asset at the Senior Management table
Experience and Qualifications:
- 7+ Years in a Financial or services organization, with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience
- 5+ Years in a senior management position, change or transformation leadership experience
- Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues
- Industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
- Consulting skills with change management concepts and strategies
- Upbeat and Positive attitude with the ability to communicate and work with stakeholders across all levels of the company
