About the role:

Based in Melbourne CBD, this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automation Engineer. You will be doing the following:

• Design, build, execute and maintain test automation framework using Java
• Take the lead on a major data migration project
• Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver best-in-class software and web applications
• Contribute to test framework development activities using Java
• Contribute to UI automation testing using Selenium
• Work within Agile methodology

What you'll need:

• Strong understanding of data quality and integrity
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong Java 7/8 coding experience, able to set up test automation framework from scratch
• Previous data migration experience
• Strong attention to details
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders efficiently
• A hunger to learn and a passion for technology

'Desirable' skills that would make you stand out:

• DST/Bluedoor HiTrust experience a major advantage
• Financial services and unit registry experience
• Test automation experience on Web/Mobile applications
• Performance testing experience
