About the Role
The Data Analyst will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions and actions. You will identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, then create reports.
Most importantly about you
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
- A Reporting and Data Visualisation specialist
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, ERPs, databases and programming
- Knowledge of and experience working with Big Data and relevant processing technologies beneficial
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
