Senior Business Analyst - 12 month contract - based in Sydney's Inner West

Your new company
This large and dynamic Government organisation, driven by technology and improvement, is based in Sydney’s Inner West.

Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to their team. You will assist with the development of business cases, financial models and budget submissions to secure timely funding for projects; collate and document business requirements and prepare project initiation documentation to identify project scope, initial costings and benefits.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in research, planning and development of business case formulation and data analysis methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in project lifecycles preferably in an information technology environment Knowledge of cost benefit modelling techniques and methods
• Demonstrated planning, analytical and problem solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions
• CBAP certification preferred
• Experience managing a team of BAs is desired
