The Opportunity
The OpenText Support Analyst will provide OpenText support as part of the Service Delivery team for end users requiring technical assistance. Responsible for providing Incident resolution, user administration, patching and enhancement support. The applicant will display a level of high passion for customer service and problem solving skills
To be successful in this role you need to have:
- 5+ years in providing Support in a technology based company.
- A highly customer service focus and professional approach
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in monitoring systems – Essentially a daily health check of systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of ITIL principles
- Strong documentation skills
- Pro-active in your approach to resolution
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks
Desirable:
- OpenText support experience on modules such as OpenText Capture Centre, Content Server and Stream Serve products
- Exstream support experience
- Experience in OpenText upgrade project
- Insurance/ Financial services experience
- Writing and understanding of SQL queries
- Service Now experience
