RUSWIN is a leading Regional Queensland provider of Security systems and Locksmith services. Ruswin partners with renowned suppliers across the range of Locksmith and Door Hardware products, Electronic Security, and Nurse Call as well as other products and technologies.
We are seeking Electronic Equipment Trades Technicians to join our team as we grow our business. Positions are available for both those with extensive experience as well as recently qualified technicians.
Positions available are in Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville.
The people we are looking for are team players, prepared to put the effort into achieving the best outcome for our business, our clients, and our staff. A positive attitude and self-motivation is essential, as is integrity and pride in your professional endeavours. You will have an appropriate level of technical security product knowledge for this role.
The remuneration package will be a commencment salary of $58,000 negotiable in line with proven skills and experience. Superannuation and Tool Allowance are in addition to this salary. Should the successful candidate need to relocate, financial assistance will be provided. A company car, mobile phone and laptop will also be provided.
Criteria:
• Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
• Installation and servicing of systems and equipment including but not limited to:-
o Commercial Security Systems,
o Access Control Systems (Gallagher, Integriti, Tecom, etc),
o Audio and IP Video Management Systems,
o Automated gates and barriers.
• Commissioning and maintaining of Electronic and Mechanical systems.
• Structured Cabling experience is advantageous
• General computing / data & comms / networking / IP based knowledge is advantageous.
• Must have a cabling and security license
• Must be prepared to undergo a Criminal History Check
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and work unsupervised
• Prepared to comply with Company's training policies
• Manual driver’s license
• Travel to remote locations on project-based excursions will be a requirement of the position.
