The role
Working in a team environment for an internal ICT position, your main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for all phone calls and ticket request, and to monitor, manage, resolve, and/or escalate incidents/problems. Providing technical guidance, best practice recommendations and great customer support to staff, managers and related business units.
We also pride ourselves on the various process and procedures at the company for the greatest effectiveness and efficiency of various tasks, so great attention to detail on following all the process and procedures at the company will be a further skill required of this role.

Skills & experience
The successful candidate will be able to show basic understanding with the following highlighted technologies:
- User & Application support.
- Microsoft office suite.
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Exchange Server
- Active Directory
- Networks - Subnets, TCP/IP
- Mobile Technologies (Including IOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
You will have a good understanding of ITIL and Incident, Request and Change Management processes and tools coupled with solid communication skills. You are also team oriented, self-sufficient, flexible with hours and have the ability to take ownership, plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks through to completion.
Demonstrated 2 + years' experience with advanced troubleshooting skills across various Microsoft and related technologies.
A current Industry certification (i.e. CCNA, MCSA/MCSE - Server 2008 minimum) or Diploma in Information Technology or University Degree in IT/Information Systems will be an advantage but is not essential.
