  • Solid HR / Payroll System Implementation Experience

Seeking an experienced HRIS / Payroll Project Manager to manage a new system implementation.

Key Skills Required

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Payroll systems, and HRIS environments and associated integrations, experience in multiple implementations of Payroll / HCM systems is essential
  • Agile project management
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple diverse teams simultaneously
  • Excellent ability to work efficiently, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project

Knowledge of Workday HCM and experience integrating Payroll systems with Workday HCM will be an advantage.
