Technical Skills - Mandatory

• 5+ years of experience working across projects at the delivery and implementation stage
• Manage related business, change and communications activities and work closely with resources leading those activities.
• Manage internal IT resources and vendor IT resources working on the project.
• Track the project using a Microsoft Project schedule and a Kanban wall.
• Proven experience in identifying transition activities and developing detailed transitions schedules
• Experience creating change records and developing submissions for change boards
• Proven ability in developing run sheets for cutovers and managing cutovers
• Experience developing support transition plans and material for support
• Control project scope including use of a change request process.
• Maintain risks, issues and dependencies, including maintaining those in registers, identifying, assessing, managing and closing them.
• Highly developed capabilities in decision making and initiative, the ability to seize opportunities through quick decision-making and a capacity to make things happen through a commitment to drive outcomes
• Write various project status reports and present those reports to management.
• Second to none verbal and written communications skills, with proven success in managing stakeholders across all levels of the business.
• Experience with managing SAP projects, in particular payroll projects, would be an advantage.
