Based in Kurnell, an exciting opportunity exists for a sophisticated and intuitive Internal Sales Representative to join the innovative Account Management team, reporting to the National Inside Sales Manager. Immersed in our vibrant and dynamic culture, your role will be essential as the central point of management for reseller requirements within Dicker Data. You will also demonstrate your unparalleled initiative by proactively contacting resellers on a regular basis. Requirements

- Ability to provide sales advice for a range of products and services
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues and complaints

- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
- IT industry experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and sales support to all Dicker Data resellers
- Liaise with resellers on a regular basis to build strong working relationships with your customer portfolio
- Proactively work with resellers to generate sales
- Be the central point of management for reseller requirements within Dicker Data
- Provide support to colleagues in a team environment
- Develop and maintain strong product and process knowledge of all Dicker Data vendors
- Acquire and maintain vendor Sales Certifications as required
- Attend reseller and vendor social and training events
