You could join the Energy team in a new junior analyst/trader role in our Brisbane office. We are looking to add to our European gas desk. You will work collaboratively with the Australian power traders and expand the broad Energy portfolio. You must be Australian PR or Citizen.

Responsibilities:

Mine data to understand, describe and predict energy flows
Build price models
Assist in the trading strategy

Skills:

Effective communication and people skills
Programming skills with a focus on data management and processing
Experience with SQL, VBA, Python or R

Desirable:

Extensive knowledge of statistics and economics
2+ years of relevant experience
