THE COMPANY

Our client is seeking a self-motivated, knowledgeable Magento developer to join the team as soon as possible and the hit the ground running. Implementing the latest technologies, migrating Magento 1.9 to version 2.0 for E-commerce stores. Design and develop multi-vendor marketplace solutions for service and product marketplaces. Work with enterprise clients as well as smaller scale start ups.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Produce specifications in both technical and non-technical formats
• Ensure functionality by way of troubleshooting, testing and maintaining software
• Be a key part of the development process from conception to completion
• Develop and implement your own unique strategies and ideas

 
YOU WILL HAVE

• Strong knowledge in Magento (Magento 2 preffered)
• Relevant education/experience level
• Proven development experience (PHP)
• Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
• Well rounded knowledge of the industry
• Front end experience and knowledge
• E-commerce fundamentals
