We are currently recruiting for an Magento IT consultant & E-commerce administrator on a full time basis.

As a Magento IT consultant & E-commerce administrator you will work at the Mt Waverley head office. Our ideal candidate is an IT specialist that is proficient at all things digital.You will need to maintain the e-commerce website using Magento Enterprise within the IT team.
This position will also assist employees with their day to day hardware and software issues and will also be able to perform backups, upgrades computers, software etc.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
● General technical trouble shooting
● Update and maintain the e-commerce website using Magento Enterprise and WordPress blog as the platforms
● Liaise closely and manage relationship with external agencies
● Maintain existing applications (Xero, Google Admin Console, Retail Express)
● Analyse,report and provide recommendations actionable insights from metrics
● Liaise closely and manage relationship with external agencies to increase traffic and online sales to our online stores through integrated digital marketing activities involving website, email, Adwords, SEO, social media.
To be successful you will have:
● Excellent Communication skill
● Experience with Magento and PHP
● Knowledge in WordPress and Google Analytics
● Excellent project management skills
● Front-end development skills, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● Experience in e-commerce website administration and maintenance using Magento Enterprise, WordPress, Website Reporting (Google Analytics) and social media
● Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong internal and external relationships
● Knowledge in SEO and web marketing is highly regarded.
