Our client, a large employer within the Perth is seeking the experience of a Mid-Level Database Developer (Oracle APEX, ETL, PL/SQL) for a 3 + 3 month contract located just North of Perth's CBD
The primary duties of the Database Developer (Oracle APEX, ETL, PL/SQL) will include but not be limited to:
As a member of the team, be responsible for the development and improvement to a variety of bespoke applications built using Oracle Application Express (APEX);
Responsible for designing, developing and supporting a key piece of business software
Work closely with other members of the application development team, business stakeholders, reporting and analysis team members to understand requirements and provide solutions that support the client's business and future reporting needs;
Participate in the testing and implementation of changes;
Preparation of design and system documentation;
Provide technical support and advice to team leaders and management.
To be considered for this Database Developer (Oracle, ETL, PL/SQL) contract opportunity you must have:
Application development experience using Oracle PL/SQL;
Application development experience using Oracle Application Express (APEX);
Experience SQL tuning in an Oracle database environment;
Experience in the testing and implementation of changes in a formalised change management environment;
Experience supporting and maintaining Data Warehouses for medium to large organisations
This is a contract role, and you will be willing to commit for a period of 3-6 months and ideally be immediately available.
