Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the regional team to understand the requirements
- Hosting and driving the workshops to capture requirements and present solutions
- Elicit business requirements and process through document analysis, workshop and workflow analysis
- Develop use cases, process maps and conduct design process with delivery team
- Perform gap analysis on the AS-IS system and to-be process of the legacy and future system
- Document requirements and walk through them with Development team, Quality Assurance team, Business team
- Support Development team, Quality Assurance team and Business team to clarify any questions during the project life cycle
- Mentoring business users with functionality of the Underwriting.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge on Insurance Domain
- Mandatory knowledge on Underwriting of P&C.
- Good communication skills.
