What's On Offer?
Team Leader in this role will lead the Fujitsu Oceania Technical Security Services team and support and manage the delivery aspects of Technical Security in accordance with contracted deliverables.

This role will incorporate both Team Leader responsibilities as well as contributing to the national Operational and Technical delivery to agreed client SLAs and will include the technical security design, delivery and management of various products and services to Fujitsu's managed services customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical security advice and guidance to the competency teams, service delivery managers and customer as needed
• Assist as part of the incident and problem management processes in the resolution of technical security related issues.
• Maintain awareness of trends in the development of Information Security. Maintain technical awareness of developments in system and network infrastructure.
• Raise / complete changes for the management of the security infrastructure including, but not limited to: New implementations, Version upgrades and Policy tuning.
• Be involved in the management of security incidents - providing technical expertise and opinion as needed based on available information
• Check all security infrastructure servers are up to date with current content, signatures and firmware versions for the given technologies
• Check all policies are standardised across all customer environment (in accordance with vendor and industry best practises)
• Work on problem cases as required to remediate repetitive issues
• Work with the support and vulnerability management teams to plan improvements etc.
• This role has an on-call component with appropriate allowances.

What Do We Want From You?
Experience/Qualifications

• 10 + years' experience leading teams of technical / specialist resources in the delivery of security projects and/or delivery of managed security services.
• In depth knowledge of security related Network and System infrastructures gained over at least 5 years with a large IT Outsourcing, Government, or other organisation running mission-critical systems.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of IT Security Management principles and delivery within an ITIL-based operational framework.
• Thorough understanding of network principals, especially IP networking, and including the nature of common protocols and products (eg, HTTP, SSH).
• Good understanding of EUC services and technology.
• Basic system administration skills on supported operating systems (Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, Sun Solaris, HP-UX), and a general understanding of the security features of various operating systems.
• Understanding of the principles of network security technologies, and specific experience with the management of enterprise-class security products.
• Understanding of vulnerability assessment products (esp. Qualys & Nessus)
• Understanding of SOC technologies and processes, including SIEM (Esp. FortiSIEM & Splunk)
• Exposure to, and understanding of the role of, key information security standards: ISM, PSPF, AS/NZS27001+AS/NZS27002, and other equivalents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to senior management/board level, ad-hoc client reports, and preparation of bid collateral.
• Vendor Certifications with Sophos, Trend Micro, Crowdstrike, Windows Defender and ATP, Fortinet and Checkpoint are highly desirable.
• Demonstrable skills in the following key technology areas:
  • Proxy (Secure Web Gateway) technologies and services
  • Mail Filtering technologies and services
  • NG Firewalls/IPS
  • Load Balancer / Web Application Filtering
  • UTM/NGF devices/features and functions
  • NG-AV - with a particular focus on Endpoint Detection and Response
