This customer facing IT Service role will provide Mac and PC end user support in our High School. Reporting to the College IT Manager, this is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who is technically minded and passionate about supporting and improving the use of technology in an Education setting for our students and staff.
To be considered for this position in our school, you will:
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be pro-active in improving processes
- Have previous experience in customer service role
- Have a good understanding of PC and/or MAC
- Have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Any of the following experience is desirable:
- Experience working with students in support and/or teaching capacity
- Experience (Level 1) supporting the MAC and/or PC environment
- Experience demonstrating a passion for serving others
