The successful candidate must have proven recruitment experience within fast paced environments. It is essential to have end to end professional services market place knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships (both internally and externally) and demonstrate innovative recruitment solutions and processes.
Description
This role will be responsible for:
Effectively and proactively sourcing professional through different advertising channels.
Collaboratively work with the line Managers to understand business requirements.
Engage in various internal stakeholders to build strong relationships through referrals and ability to build a long lasting brand. Proactively network and participate in industry events and forums
Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience with end to end recruitment across multiple industries and verticals. A truely autonomous position where you can be accountable for the recruitment candidate function with a focus on project services including BA, PM and Change.
