MaxSoft is looking for a customer focused and dynamic person to support our StrataMax range of products which is primarily management and accounting software.  This is a fantastic career opportunity for an energetic and highly motivated person to join the leading software provider to the Body Corporate and Strata Management industry.

Being a member of our Support Service Desk, you will be responsible for receiving incoming calls and emails, and assisting clients in all aspects of our operations.  Your problem solving skills will be used in situations as diverse as fixing bank reconciliations and printer configuration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application queries and technical issues
  • Log and handle incoming support requests via phone and email
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with all our clients
  • Perform software updates

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Good understanding of accounting practices (Bookkeeping experience)
  • Intermediate/advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10)
  • Previous software support experience
  • Strata industry knowledge an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated superior problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good organisation skills (manage workload and prioritise tasks)
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge

You must also be an Australian citizen or permanent resident who is currently living in Australia and wants to work on the Gold Coast. Overseas applicants will not be considered.
