About the Position

Our new Anglicare Corporate Services function has been designed to support and strengthen our Client Service teams. As a result, we have a number of new management and professional opportunities across four departments (Organisational Development, Governance, Risk & Assurance, ICT and Finance). This is an exciting time to join Anglicare during transformation to reimagine new innovative ways of serving our current and future clients with the opportunity to make a positive contribution and difference.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst, to work towards achieving the delivery of effective and streamlined business operations and completion of project initiatives for business systems. This is a full time role, based with the Cathedral Precinct in Ann Street working within a new, dynamic and supportive ICT team environment.

 

About You

Offering an extensive background in business analysis and solutions implementation, your practical capacities will include:

  • Defining and documenting business and systems functions to improve effectiveness and efficiency throughout the organisation
  • Strong knowledge of finance-based Enterprise Systems - SUN systems, Redmap and Payglobal would be highly beneficial
  • Previous experience in supporting systems within a project environment and/or a multidisciplinary business structure
  • Use of business process modelling tools and techniques to define requirements
  • Coordination and facilitation of meetings, discussions and workshops with stakeholders and vendors
  • High level support and guidance to end users; acting as a conduit between all relevant parties
  • Understanding of the impacts, issues and improvements upgrades have in relation to business processes

To compliment your technical proficiency, you will have the following attributes:

  • Strong communication with a consultative, collaborative approach with the confidence to provide expert subject-matter advice
  • Advanced stakeholder and vendor engagement skills with a highly developed business focus
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and a robust understanding of quality processes and standards
  • Excellent problem solving skills with negotiation and influencing skills, and the capacity to offer progressive and innovative solutions
  • Great self-management, able to prioritise a busy, changing workload, and meet multiple deadlines 

In support of your skills and experience you will be required to hold a relevant degree in Information Technology or similar field and a National Police Certificate. Practical knowledge of BPMN would be highly regarded.
