The company:

My client is a home grown Software and Services company offering solutions which cater to a variety of Enterprise clients, including Australia's largest Telecommunications provider. Due to a SAFe Transformation occurring in my clients largest customer, my client is also undertaking a SAFe Transformation to ensure alignment. 

The opportunity:

The role of the Change Manager will include, but not be limited to:

• Apply a structured approach to the adoption of SAFe
• Create and execute the Change Management Plan including Communications, Road Map, Org Change and Coaching/Training
• Define and monitor progress
• Internal and external stakeholder management, including ensuring strategic alignment with corporate partners (clients)

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Ability to take structured approach to Change Management and SAFe adoption
• Track record of successfully implementing SAFe
• Ideally you will have SDLC project experience for High Availability OLTP Applications
• Ability to Coach and Mentor Delivery Teams
• Relevant degree and certifications
