About the Role
As a Software Developer at Indue you will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of software changes to software applications in a manner compliant with company coding standards, methodologies and practices.
Working within an agile software development environment, you will be responsible for implementing software designs using a Microsoft focused technology stack including C#, SQL Server and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap and AngularJS. A broad focus is required for this role to effectively implement software changes from the UI through to the services and database layers.
You will join an established Scrum focused, Engineering team who will support your learning and development whilst you will also have the opportunity to support broader cross functional initiatives as part of our continuous improvement to our applications and internal processes.
This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Chatswood.
About You
Your skills and experiences will encompass:

Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline (i.e. IT, Computer Science or Engineering).

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar development role. Experience in the banking and payments industry will be highly regarded.

Proven ability implementing software designs using a Microsoft focused technology stack including C#, SQL Server and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap and AngularJS.

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics.

Knowledge and understanding of agile software development methodologies and the complete SDLC.

Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit, interpret and translate processes and system information from stakeholders into complex technical solutions.

Ability and willingness to work productively and collaboratively as a team member.

Passion for investigating and evaluating emerging technologies in the services and database layer, with a focus on high performance and scalability.
You'll demonstrate a collaborative, team player approach where working relationships are built on a foundation of trust and quality delivery. Your proactive engagement to understand and appreciate business areas outside of your immediate requirements and ability to manage expectations, will allows you to effectively assess and think creatively to deliver powerful results.
