We are currently looking to engage an Enterprise Architect who can support an enterprise wide program of work for a large and complex transformation delivery services organization.
Working as part of a well-established and high performing team, you will be responsible for leading programs to maximise realised value for the organisations’ clients. The role leverages the entire capability to drive support Transformation, Innovation & Disruption, and protect the integrity of its’ clients’ existing IT portfolio.
The Enterprise Architect is actively involved in both strategic and tactical aspects of the client relationship, interacting with multiple teams within our business from sales, solutions and service delivery. Its’ core remit will be to drive growth within as well as retain the Enterprise Services clients within it’s’ portfolio
The environment would best suit an experienced professional with working directly with large and complexed organisations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting Clients to develop a holistic IT strategy that demonstrably supports Business strategy
- Assist Client to ensure the interoperability of technologies within the strategic IT programs
- Assist Clients with the development of Enterprise Architecture practices, governance and design patterns
- Facilitating the development and commercial effectiveness of IT services, through management of the optimisation of technology and service constructs
- Ensuring the integrity of the Clients’ production IT services through expert knowledge based advice on technology solution development, and governance of change into the technology environment
- Producing a structured ICT technology strategic Client opportunity plan based upon the above
Experience Requirements:
- A proven technical leader with 5 to 10 years of IT or IT Services Management experience
- Significant skills in a wide variety of IT Service, Networking, Datacentre, Communications (including Contact Centre), Security, End-User Computing and Digital Business solutions
- Experience working in Managed Services and Professional Services environments
- Knowledge in products from Cisco, Microsoft, EMC, Oracle, Symantec and HP preferred but not essential
- ITIL certification
- TOGAF, ISO20000 or ISO9000 of interest.
