The Quantum Business Analyst will define and deliver user stories and requirements in the implementation of an end to end enterprise POS Finance and Insurance Origination Platform being built in Pega. This position will collaborate with the Product Owners and subject matter experts across the business to ensure that the business functions match customer requirements.

Main accountabilities/tasks include: 

• Effective translation of business needs into user stories
• Develop high quality deliverables from identifying and defining process flows to developing user stories.
• Identifying high level functionalities and evaluating vendor solution options
• Enthusiasm, confidence and a propensity to speak out, challenge and advise in the best practice development of Sales & Finance originations-based business solutions and processes.
• Analyse, map and document business processes using best practice and pragmatism to meet the business need.
• Working closely with the business to solicit/or define requirements, user stories and specifications on the application.

To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:

• 7 years or more working in business analysis and/or business architecture - in particular across sales and finance originations capabilities.
• Finance sector (Consumer Finance & Insurance) experience strongly preferred but not essential. Previous auto finance experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated previous experience working on end-to-end finance originations implementations.
• Experienced in writing user stories and working in Agile projects
• Experience working in corporates with complex business requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Able to combine exceptional communication with a consultative and proactive approach
