This is a full time role based in our Melbourne Office for a Graduate Analyst to specialise as a Implementation Consultant. This position is for a recent or soon to be graduate from a Bachelors degree only (Masters Qualifications will NOT be considered). You must be a Permanent Resident to apply.
Successful applicants will commence the role as a Implementation Consultant Intern and become members of a rapidly growing expert team who understand customer requirements and customise and implement Cloud SaaS solutions using the Cgov System. They will be expected to gain experience in a wide variety of roles as solution analyst, solution developer, trainer and support services provider and be directly responsible to:
- Build, implement and support Cgov healthcare environments for hospitals, aged care, mental health and primary healthcare settings.
- Provide product development advice to a global R&D team
- Assist national sales representatives in the Asia/Pacific region with product knowledge and planning support for new projects
After 6 months there is the opportunity to be promoted after achieving specified performance based milestones may have the opportunity for further progression in the company.

Functional Skills:
- Ability to manage tasks systematically without supervision

- Good presentation skills – to small groups and seminars
- Apply a strategic approach to solving problems
Technical Skills - any one of:
- Specific knowledge of web2.0 PHP5 systems and database principles
- Business Analyst skills for data collection, workflows, business rules, analysis and reporting of data.
- Technical competence with XML programing using PHP5
Experience - any one of:
- Graduate qualification in a related Management or IT field
- Work experience in software application training, helpdesk, business process analysis, or developing Web2.0 applications for cloud computing.
Start date is negotiable.
