The Company
Our client is a leading organisation currently undertaking a major Salesforce implementation across the organisation to provide capability uplift across the organisation.
The Role
This is a newly created role due to organisational growth and the project pipeline. Working within delivery team the key function of this role is to provide the Salesforce Business Analysis and Configuration skills for the Salesforce CRM project. Hence, this individual will provide and run workshops, user stories documentation, document and breakdown EPICs, Consulting to the business and provide configuration of Saleforce. Hence, the ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating business requirements and specifying effective business processes in information systems;
- Working closely with project stakeholders at all levels;
- Validation of existing requirements & identifying new business requirements;
- Supporting implementation of projects across different business units;
- Participate in change activities and adopt new ways of working to support organisational changes required to create and sustain IT & technology capabilities;
- Providing Configuration of the Salesforce project.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong Business Analyst skills with experience working on CRM projects, with Salesforce experience preferable;
- Must have strong Salesforce configuration skills;
- Understand and analyse the complexities and opportunities inherent in a large scale CRM implementations;
- Must have strong Agile skill to write Agile user story requirements;
- Strong ability to write process diagrams using BPMN;
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs, developers and testers;
- You must be adaptable to change & have good listening skills.
