The Change Managers a critical role for ensuring the Workstream meets its objectives and business benefits are achieved through increased employee adoption and usage of new HR systems.
Reporting to the Change Director and working collaboratively with the Communications and Training Leads, the Senior Change Lead primary responsibilities will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that are fit for purpose and maximise the department’s employee usage of HR self-service, ensure proactive engagement with new Human Capital Management services, shift towards a culture of greater self-sufficiency and ownership, and minimises resistance to change that impact employees.

Selection Criteria:

• Extensive change management experience delivering large scale and complex transformation programs.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools obtained from consulting experience and/or formal change management accreditation.
• Ability to identify and profile impacted and influencer stakeholder groups, and determine appropriate fit for purpose and sustainable change strategies for each group.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly, concisely and confidently at all organisational levels.
• Excellent project management skills to meet objectives on time and on budget.
• A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
• Previous experience working on a Payroll and Human Capital Management program within public sector highly desirable
