Our client is a global ICT solutions and services leader with huge IT programs and projects always on the go in the private and public sectors.

In Perth, the requirement for an experienced Solutions Architect - CRM (MS Dynamics) is in demand for an initial 12 months with possible extensions!

The main purpose of the role?

Work collaboratively across business areas, executive and IT leadership, and third party partners to drive and support CRM program objectives, milestones and deliverables while ensuring the implementation of high quality solutions that support organizational goals and objectives.

You will leverage your deep functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM to engage stakeholders across the business to gather accurate business requirements and convert them to comprehensive solution designs.

The main responsibilities?

• Work with and probatively question Business stakeholders, Systems Integrators and internal resources to define, scope, and capture accurate requirements for stakeholder requests
• Design, present options, and attain signoff from stakeholders for functional solution designs using native, 3rd party, or custom modifications.
• Reporting on individual project work plans, providing detailed task management, monitoring activities of the integrated and external vendor teams, timelines, and risks, and has overall responsibility for the management of and reporting of the status of project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor CRM and third-party vendor project resources and manage relationships with a wide range of business groups and departments
• Develop & maintain Architectural documentation throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
• Identify and assist the CRM team in the management, mitigation and resolution of project related issues, risks and conflicts as needed
• Report project progress, budget and status to the appropriate levels (e.g., Steering Committee, IT -Leadership) and recommend corrective action at the Architecture level and to the client Architecture team
• Act as tier 2/3 support for functional issues within the CRM system

The main skills, experience and attributes our client is looking for include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• MBA/Master’s Degree in Computer Science (Desirable but not essential)
• Experience as a solutions architect (or equivalent) in customer service, operations, sales automation, project service automation, finance, etc.
• Cloud apps and services - especially working technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Workloads.
• Mastery of xRM-related business process workflows and corresponding governance, regulatory, and security models
• Familiarity with CDS-A and CDS-T architecture and patterns
• Demonstrated ability to build business applications on top of xRM platforms using C#, HTML5, SQL, JavaScript, etc.
• Proven skills in storytelling, presentation, consultation, demonstration and experience engaging with senior level executives
• Competitive knowledge of solutions like Salesforce, NetSuite, Unit4, Kindful, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
