Lead UX Designer

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lead UX Designer looking to join a growing business embarking upon a new phase of expansion, enhanced market share and product development. Working as part of a small, close knit and dedicated team, this role will see you contribute to the overall success of a range of new products and sites as well as marketing collateral.
  
You will showcase your solid skills in web design, responsive and apps design as well your understanding and passion for user experience and elegant simple websites and applications. This will incorporate research with users/stakeholders etc, flow and navigation maps, storyboard, mock-ups and wireframes as well as the practical application across a range of sites and apps.
  
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a UX designer.
• Solid experience in the design of large scale complex customer driven web sites, portal and mobile apps.
• Designing UX for web applications/ commercial revenue generating sites
• Knowledge and experience in information architecture and visual design.
• Website design principles
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Solid skills across Adobe Creative suite, including excellent Photoshop skills.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• The ability to work with various different teams across the organisation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
