An exciting opportunity has opened in the Parramatta area for a junior IT professional with a strong Customer Service focus. This is an initial 3 month contract with potential to extend. The role itself will be split between Level 1 and 2 support and project based work. The initial need has come about to assist the team with the deployment of Windows 10 across all PCs company wide.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from 1-3 years experience within IT, strong Customer Service skills and experience and someone eager to learn and build upon their skills.
