About the role

This is a permanent full-time role based in North Melbourne where you will work with a dedicated and committed team to provide the highest level of customer service.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing, troubleshooting and resolving level 2 & 3 customer incidents
  • Proactively planning & performing maintenance on customer systems
  • Monitoring, reporting and advising on customer systems
  • Managing 3rd party contractors in incident resolution

Skills and experience

  • Excellent communication skills, strong customer centric and problem-solving skills
  • Any prior experience in a similar IT technical support
  • Experience with Lync/Skype for Business, video conferencing or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services
