What you get to do
- Be a technical consultant in our professional services team to provide successful delivery of customer projects.
- Working in an agile and highly responsive environment, you will collaborate with the project delivery team to design and build solutions that give Arq customers the edge in the ever-increasing competitive market.
- Working end-to-end through the full solution stack
- Build strong working relationships with your stakeholders in order to understand business requirements, commercial implications/processes as they relate to cloud architecture
- Drive and deliver exceptional customer service and solutions
About you:
- A talented professional with strong experience in digital transformations and cloud computing.
- Relevant experience in the IT industry, preferably in a large enterprise, professional services or system integrator/hosting environment
- Expertise in articulating and architecting enterprise solutions
- Be familiar – live and breathe agile methodologies
- Customer facing experience in professional services or similar is a bonus
