About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking to recruit an Application Specialist on a permanent basis into the business. You will be working closely with Product Owners and a multitude of end users to define business requirements and translate them into effective designs.
You will be managing all aspects of the application development lifecycle including business process analysis, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, end-user training, and production support within your portfolio.
Other key responsibilities in the role are to maintain reports, dashboards, and email templates; along with updating detailed documentation including business requirements and business process workflows.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a wealth of end-to-end IT applications SDLC experience, having used either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
You will have the ability to analyse and design new application components based on business requirements, and be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of issues, requirements and outcomes.
You will ideally have at least 5 years of application development experience, with any CRM exposure an added advantage.
