The Corporate IT team are currently seeking a SAP CRM expert looking to expand their skillset into cloud-based solutions to join their team based in Rhodes. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for articulating business requirements and implementing C4C solutions by way of design, configuration, specification, testing, data conversion, integration and support activities.
As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned project deliverables according to the project plan
- Collate and document business requirements using your expertise of business process and CRM or C4C functionality
- Design, configure and build solutions
- Manage build quality through test planning and execution
- Create functional specifications
- Manage and perform data conversion activities
- Identify areas for improvement
- Provide business support
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Release management for updates
As the ideal applicant you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as IT, Engineering, etc.
- Previous experience with CRM or C4C implementations and the full SAP project lifecycle will be highly advantageous
- Configuration experience with SAP CRM or C4C, SAP ECC desirable
- HCI integration knowledge will be advantageous
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience in Property, Construction, Retail or Manufacturing will be considered highly desirable
