• Creating and continuously seeking new ways to develop insights and supporting evidence
• To contribute to the achievement of the Strategic Objectives by 2020 by driving the development and communication of Portfolio and Program level valuable insights that will underpin effective decision making.
• Develop, establish and manage the framework for deriving and utilising portfolio level insights
• Manage, monitor and derive portfolio level insights focused on strategic and business issues, risks, constraints, opportunities, financial exposure and benefits by combining and analysing various sources of information from across the business.
• Develop and test hypothesis using the various data sources, skills and knowledge from across the organisation
• Identify and evaluate anomalies, opportunities or areas of concern and provide insights on possible corrective actions.
• Make portfolio level recommendations and/or interventions through trend analysis and predictive analysis of portfolio/program/project risks and where to ‘focus in’ on
  

• Expert level skills and experience in utilising industry recognised Business Intelligence (BI) toolsets to derive analysis and inform decision making
• Minimum 5 -10 years’ experience.
• Minimum degree qualification in Business or professional discipline, ideally with Actuarial/Analytics qualifications and/or post-graduate qualifications (e.g. MBA, CPA).
• Additional relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable e.g. Portfolio, Program or Project Management qualifications.
• Proven expertise in analytics including the ability to use multiple sources of data and information to develop insights (issues, trends, drivers, priorities and root cause) that inform robust decision-making.
• Knowledge of portfolio, program and project management (e.g. scheduling, cost, risk management)
