• Central location- Canberra

Ignite is currently seeking 2x Cloud Engineers for their client for an initial 12 month contract.


Essentials

• Cloud Adoption Program, Hybrid Cloud Project experience
• Hands-on experience as Build, Release, DevOps Engineer in large complex environment
• 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services and / or Microsoft Azure
• Track record of high performance in Agile project environments
• Ability to write clearly and develop technical documentation
• PowerShell Scripting experience
• Demonstrated experience working in a complex Windows environment
• Microsoft Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and / or AWS CloudFormation
• Proficient in invoking cloud-based APIs, such as RESTful interfaces
• Knowledge and experience with AWS and Azure Cloud Security, firewalls, encryption, identity and access management
• Understanding of cloud availability and scalability including load balancers and application gateway

Desirable

• PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC)
• Demonstrated experience working in a Linux environment
• Experience with one of the following platforms:
• Microsoft Azure Automation
• AWS OpsWorks
• Git, Apache Subversion (SVN) or Microsoft Team Foundation Server for Version Control (TFVC)
